Use the 24-Hour Free Trial Before Choosing a Paid Plan
The trial is provided so you can test your device, app/player, priority channels, EPG and network before buying. A voluntary refund is not a substitute for testing compatibility when a free trial was available.
When a Refund Request May Be Considered
Refund requests are reviewed using the facts of the order, activation status, service usage, support history and applicable law.

How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@4kiptv.app or contact official support through WhatsApp. Include the order reference, purchase date, subscription period, the reason for the request and a short summary of any troubleshooting already completed.
For faster handling, submit a voluntary refund request as soon as reasonably possible after the problem becomes clear. We recommend contacting us within 7 calendar days of purchase for non-statutory refund review. This is a request window, not a blanket “7-day money-back guarantee.” Mandatory legal rights may apply for longer periods.
Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or other unnecessary payment credentials.
Digital Content, Streaming and Cooling-Off Rights
Consumer cancellation rules vary by country. In some jurisdictions, digital content or streaming services have special rules when supply begins immediately.
For UK consumers, where applicable, a trader must obtain the required express consent to begin digital content/streaming during a cancellation period and the required acknowledgement concerning loss of the cancellation right before relying on that loss. If those requirements are not satisfied, statutory rights can remain available.
Nothing on this page asks you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Voluntary Refund
Subject always to mandatory law, we normally do not provide a voluntary refund solely because: a specific live channel changed or became temporarily unavailable; your ISP or Wi-Fi is unstable; your device lacks the required capability; a third-party player charged its own app fee; you forgot to use the available free trial; you changed your mind after substantial use; you shared or exposed credentials; or your account was suspended for material misuse.
We will still review genuine service-level problems and any statutory claim you are entitled to make.
Approved Refunds and Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route where practical. Processing time can depend on the payment provider, bank, blockchain network or other payment method.
Transaction, conversion or network fees charged by third parties may not be recoverable unless the law requires otherwise.
