1. Introduction to our DMCA Policy

At 4K IPTV Europe (accessible via 4kiptv.app), we are committed to complying with international copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Copyright Directive. We respect the intellectual property of content creators, broadcasters, and producers.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement expeditiously. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content provided through our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification.

2. Our Role as a Service Provider

Please note the technical nature of our service before filing a claim:

• Aggregator Role: 4K IPTV Europe acts merely as an indexer and conduit. We do not host, store, upload, or encode any media files (videos, live streams, or VODs) on our own servers.
• Third-Party Links: Our service provides M3U links and Xtream Codes that point to third-party servers over which we have no physical control.
• Removal Capabilities: When a valid DMCA request is received, we remove the specific pointers, links, or indexing records from our customer-facing playlists. We cannot delete the source file from the web.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of copyright infringement with us, you must provide a written communication (via email) that sets forth the items specified below. Please ensure your notice is fully compliant, otherwise, it may delay the processing of your request.

Required Information for a Valid Notice:

• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Exact Location: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide the exact channel name, VOD title, or exact URL within our playlist to allow us to locate it.
• Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are a user or partner whose content was removed due to a DMCA notice, and you believe the material is not infringing, or that you have the necessary authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice.

Required Information for a Counter-Notice:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

5. Policy on Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, 4K IPTV Europe has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, subscribers, partners, or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
